Refund policy

I take pride in the quality of my products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here's my refund policy:

Refund Eligibility: Only Items that were listed as ready to ship are eligible for returns. Made to order Items will be accepted if not customized. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date, in its original packaging and unused condition. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, send an email to contact@day1wood.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once I receive your request, I will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with the return unless the return is due to damage.

Once I receive and verify the item(s), I will process the refund within 5 business days to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact me immediately at contact@day1wood.com, or through social media. I'll work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund, and may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged.
